Straight Letting (15%)
This commission based service is suitable for landlords who live close to the property they are letting and or have a different arrangement to deal with repairs and maintenance. In this respect at Jerome Richards we shall provide a rental evaluation, marketing, selection and credit checking of all potential tenants, we there after introduce you to the best qualified tenant. (If 1year’s rent in advance is paid, our commission charge is 1month’s rent and half a month’s rent on payment of 6months in advance).

Periodical Rent Collection (12.5%)
Periodical rent collection is suitable for landlords who wish us to collect the rent and liaise with tenants but are able to deal with all repairs and maintenance. We will collect the rent on your behalf, and ensure that you receive a regular monthly/quarterly or as agreed income from your property. This service entails all aspects of the Straight Letting service.

Complete Property Management (10%)
Complete Property Management is particularly designed for landlords who are abroad or live far away from the property and those who own many properties. This service provides you and your tenants with an instant point of contact. A regular property inspection is carried out and a full report is submitted to you. Maintenance and urgent repairs are carried out immediately. We seek the landlord’s approval for any work costing more than Ushs 500,000. Requires a deposit from the landlord depending on type of property
